Artist Bio

Adam Murray is a multidisciplinary artist who specialises in photography, printmaking and sculpture. Growing up in a ‘New Town’ his practice is influenced by cultural alienation, neuro-architecture, and how individuals intentionally or inadvertently shape their surroundings.
Exploring how social narratives and built environments inform our identities, Murray juxtaposes story-telling, humour and the macabre to celebrate what we can create out of what we are given.
